i shud be happy today especially when my Cable connection is here... y am i not happy??
their service was so good that they can juz on my PC without my permission and start doing their job... wanted to schedule an earlier time, and their 24Hr Helpdesk SUX~! might as well take away the Option "0" to speak to their Customer Officer, NO ONE WILL ANS IT!
now, i'm stuck wid 1 big prob... i got no Internet Connection except i Un-install the Wireless driver and Re-install my ADSL modem driver... and USE BACK MY Broadband?! first thing i woke up tml is COMPLAIN!! i am not a complain king or wat, but if i am paying for this kind of services, there wud not b a 2nd time i using it anymore... damn hot... tried for 3hrs and still cant get connected... now, i got connection by Broadband, i need to rush for my Project which deadline is 12hrs later... i need to slp man... haiz...
