been so long since i blog le wor... been very busy these passt weeks. working frm morning till night and night till morning... anyway, me and my colleagues all had decided to take a break le... especially sth happen over at the hotel side... management totally change, even the Banquet full timers also changed, 3 had been sacked and follow suit are the remaning full timers who resign on their own accord. as all had left the hotel, we part timers too leave the hotel. no point working there anymore le... been wid the hotel for so many years the reltionship had oredi evolve to treating each other as family members le, not workers and employers... thus as a family, and also due to the lousy management of the hotel all of us decided to leave there for good. maybe 1 day i may return but that day may be juz so hard to come by, especially no one that i knew are working there anymore. so its job hunting again for me :P haha jobless after 4 years... the hotel open for 6yrs to date... haha i juz cant imagine that someone wud actually came in for only 1.5 yrs+ and he sacked away the pioneer grp of full timers at GCW Bqt dept. wat the hell he think he is... trying to revamp? revamp your own mind instead bastard~! so damn angry wid the EAM. dunnoe wats EAM? it stands for Executive Assistant Manager. the post is like being the second man of the hotel. so wats the big deal abt it? post is juz a name lei, wat kind of power u actually got? haha so now we shall see how much power u got to sacked away ppl. wat he has now are new staffs and no more regular staffs working wid him haha so shiok~ haha but it is such a pity that the full timers had to leave and need to find new jobs again... captains are still young but the M, AM, and assistant director are all in their thirties le... feel so sorry for them... anyway life has to goes on... and i juz got news frm my ex AM that another hotel is looking for ppl to work. and he needs 12 ppl haha owkring again~ but all of us are part timers le... no more AM, M or wat...
