this week is such a busy week sia... ever since i left my old work place i had been going frm 1 hotel to another... 1st hotel i went to is Swissotel Merchant Court, 2nd is Hilton Singapore, then later today will be at Concorde Hotel...

i talk abt Swissotel Merchant Court first... there the welfare for staff not as good, y not good? actually they really go by the book and cant actually bend a little and close an eye de lor... anyway since they also quite an establish hotel lor... cant blame them... their service is at Garidon (dunnoe i spell correct anot) its actually a small side station that sit directly beside the table and we portion the food on it and serve to the guest... very relax... think i work to 'siong' at the old place le... hha anyway there i like their environment lor... but their food presentation very messy... so many procedure... haiz...

Hilton Hotel... haha best environment sia... their staff canteen is like a restaurant lor... very song... but food like very little lor... not much variety... welfare for staff good~!!! their Function room are named according to the coutries, Singapore, Indonesia, Phillipines etc. their main function rooms are Grand ballroom and Changi Room. quite a messy place after night functions at the kitchen area... looks like a lot of ppl had vomitted onto the stewarding area... urgh....

Concorde hotel is another great place... their services are aranged for 1 worker to b in charge of 2 tables. kitchen quite slippery lor... working environment very nice but still only a fews funcstions only nia... think only GCW had that many function rooms and BQT area is that BIG... anyway this blog had been in my draft for quite long le... haaha lazy to edit so juz continue to type on... the day i post this is 31 Dec 3:51pm
